The Paramount Theater in Palm Beach, FL, on a sleepy Sunday morning. It was designed in 1926 by architect Joseph Urban, who was also the creator behind the, now world famous, Mar-a-Lago residence. Not a theater anymore, now it's the home of the so called "Paramount Church".

Not so easy to find buildings older than a century here in South Florida... Undecided

Lexicographer? That is a big word for my vocabulary , I will have to get a dictionary to look it up so I know what it means! Big Grin

'64, nice pic and interesting / relevant building.

Here's my CB by one of the Lighter-Than-Air Hangars at what used to be the Marine Corps Air Station in Santa Ana. At 189 feet high by 1088 feet long by 297 feet wide, they are among the largest wood supported structures in the world. Wish I could have gotten closer to show how truly massive they are!
