I'm at the dealer trading my 13 for a 14 DLX. They pulled
my Honda rack off the old to try and put it in the new. No
dice! The mounting brackets are very close but NOT close
enough!!!!!! They played with it for over an hour...
no good. Oh well... I'll set up a PayPal account and sell
it for a good price. Any takers? Ps... Guth was right!!

Honda changed the angle of the grab bar on the 2014 DX. They also came out with a slightly different rear carrier. Price went up from 19000 yen to 23500 yen (Samurider).

I wish I had read this first! I talked to my Honda dealer and they completely assured me that the 2013 rack would fit the 2014. They even placed a phone call to Honda to ask them if it would fit, and the dealer was assured that it would - so I order it! After removing all the hardware from my bike I too have discovered that it does not fit! Back to the dealer to request a refund.

Sorry Dave... when I traded my 13 in for a 14... the dealer spent well over an hour taking it off and trying to install it on the 14. They told me it would fit too... but they were NOT successful. The holes don't line up. Good luck on your refund.
