Does anyone have one of these on their CB? I have been looking at this fairing, and would like some feedback from anyone that has one.

It looks like it would offer pretty good wind protection for cooler weather and jaunts on the interstate, but it is rather pricey. I was hoping someone on the forum might have one, and could share their experience.

That's a nice looking fairing.

The one in the pic is mounted on a Euro model. Since the fairing mounts close around the front turn signals, I'd verify that they'll work with the U.S. model's much larger signals.

No worries on the turn signals, I have a 2013 CB, the picture posted above is for a 2014. Parabellum has a slightly different fairing to fit the 2013 models with the U.S. turn signals.

I like the idea of this fairing, I know they are a popular option for the BMW R1200R. I would probably buy one if I knew it provides smooth airflow. The fairings and windsheilds I have tried so far on the CB have not produced the results I have been looking for. I'm not keen on conducting a $600 experiment without owner feedback.

The thing is, windshields and fairings are kind of like seats, one guy loves his and the next guy is unhappy with the exact same product. You are not going to know for sure without riding behind one. And on this one, I don't think we have enough members with this particular fairing to give you much information you can use.

In the 2 1/2 years this board has been up and running, it seems most are happy with shields between 8 and 10 1/2 inches above the ignition and that most shields taller than that creates buffeting and flag flapping noise.... But that is not universal. Some members with shields from 13-20" above the ignition have been perfectly happy with their shields.

Air management is a funny and difficult thing.

Good luck with your search.

I did indeed purchase one. I have not mounted it yet because I have it in the shop for painting to match. The folks at parabellum were very helpful I purchased one short windshield and one tall (18") windshield. The short one tinted, the tall one clear.

Please report back with your impressions of the fairing once you have some miles sitting behind it.

You bet! I like the look of the fairing it reminds me of the BMW 900S. It appears to have some engineering behind it. The folks at Parabellum based their windshield recommendation (18") on my height so I would be able to look over the windscreen yet have the wind blast pushed over my helmet. It is relatively inexpensive to purchase a second windscreen so I opted for a sporty one that was short and tinted. The fairing is very nice but needs to be sanded and painted if the factory doesn't. I have a 2014 black CB and the factory did not the paint in stock, this was not a problem as I can get it done for less anyway. The only problem is that I needed to purchase a pint of paint from Colorrite. $89.00!!!!!
