Small Diversion: I've found these: https://www.partzilla.com/product/yamaha...7cd657da41

which fit on the Yamaha SCR950 : http://cdnmedia.endeavorsuite.com/images...SCR950.jpg

I've actually had an opportunity to touch and feel these in a dealership and they feel super sturdy, and I like the "denser" look. Where would I look to find out if these will fit a CB11? The parts guys at the dealership were scared to answer me. is there a particular measurement or stat i can look up that determines whether or not it will fit?

The need to fit a 41mm fork.

Looks like that's covered. They SCR950 specs list the forks as being 41mm. Also, it says the fork travel on the SCR950 is 120mm. it is also 120mm on the Triumph, but is only 102mm on the CB11. i'm assuming that since the Triumphs work, the Yama should as well?

I would assume that too. I don't see why not. Gaiters are intended to stretch and compress so that's not much of a difference to worry about.
