You may want to try Frank's Machining and Engineering. They specialize in replacement fork tubes and may be able to provide assistance. http://www.franksforks.com

Actually, I don't know. I am making an assumption it is some sort of heat shrink wrap, or possibly some low tack substrate.

Arguably, one could pay the owner to advertise their wears on the forks wrap (e.g. Monster Drink, Coca-Cola, Popeye's, Trojan, etc.) Smile
