Can I enquire how long your Arrows took from buying to delivery ? I'm on 49 days nows and just getting strung along with more excuses.

Mine took 1.5 months to get it delivered to the uk.

After one month of “we will send it tomorrow” I opened an official eBay complaint and asked eBay to step in. In few days the status updated to “dispatched”

I opened an Ebay complaint but silly me listened to the sellers promises and took the offer of next week delivery and £100 goodwill refund so I closed the dispute, The £100 refund was instant but still no delivery 3 weeks later.
Of course now with no Ebay support I'm thinking I've lost all hopes of delivery and also my money. Only thing I can do is leave neg feedback before the 60 day timer runs out and learn a costly lesson.
Its the most money I have ever lost so very disappointed about this.

Mixagon, how did you pay for it? Credit card? You can call your credit card co and dispute it. Personal check? You can stop payment on the check. Other methods, I'm not sure what recurse is available.

I paid through Ebay by debit card so no help from the bank and because I closed the Ebay dispute its now resolved.
The only weapon I have is neg feedback but I have only 11 days left to leave feedback so the clock is ticking and the tracking number I have been sent is not found on Swiss post tracking so most likely to be false.
The seller is clever and knows the time frames and I think is stalling for the feedback time to run out so I have nothing.
I am planning on leaving neg feedback but on saying that the seller somehow seems to be able to remove neg feedback as he been down to 98% but is now back to 99.9% again.
In a way I'm prepared to lose the money just for the peace of mind, its been the worst transaction I've ever had on Ebay and will take some time to recover from.

You can always contact eBay support and explain the situation. Do not worry about it, you will at least have your money back.

I left a negative review to my seller and they offered me £40 to change it. I accepted an offer, will change a feedback to be less negative soon
