Bending tubes

I would like to buy a rack which I found at webike, and it seems there is on;y 1 or 2 left. It looks like a perfect solution for a problem I don't have. Here is a photo:

Problem is, it is designed for the earlier SC65 models, and mine is a EX. The latches where the bolts attach under the seat are in a slightly different position.
Long story short, would anybody know how difficult it might be for a well equipped shop to bend it into shape (if needed) or add an adapter to make the latches positions fit my SC78 ? My guess, it cannot be too difficult since the shape of the CB's frame (under the seat) has not changed between 2013 and 2017.
But I wouldn't mind a 2nd opinion.

In terms of the rack only, I used this very same rack from Webike Japan successfully on the 2014 Standard model. Performed without further attention.

In terms of modifying it for the EX, bending enameled pipes might crack its finish. Could be tricky.
