In 2005 or 2006 they upped displacement from 790 cc to 865 cc and introduced fuel injection, but basically except for doo dads here and there ..chrome, paint, tach, mag wheels, different pipes etc, they are basically all the same
There are 3 different versions too.. Bonnie Roadster, Bonnie Scrambler and Bonnie Thruxton.

There was an America at the place we picked the Rebel up at and he didn't like that as much as the T100. I'm not sure if he's seen the Black CBs, but he leans towards black.

Nice find! You get what is basically a brand new Rebel for a heck of a lot less than a new one.
I'm a big proponent of learning to ride on a smaller bike. They're a lot more forgiving of beginner mistakes than a larger, more powerful bike.

Good one Chapomis.
I'll add my voice to those supporting starting out on a smaller bike. Much better way to learn than heaving round a bigun that may only give you one chance. They'll always be there in the future.

Picked up my sons new 2012 T100 today. Nice extras and only 688 miles. I rode it a bit, nice ride, but nowhere as nice as a CB1100 !!

Pretty bike. Yea not as nice as a CB 1100, but a lot nicer than a 250 Rebel lol
