(+1) on the Griso - very cool bike.
Mana needs drive belt changed about every 20000 kms or so. It depends on the rider. If they ride conservatively, they could get by with maybe much more. Aggressive? - probably belt and pulleys will need replacement. Labour effort is non-trivial. Mana has incredible engine braking behaviour, but only above 15 km/h or so.

looks like a very cool oddity though. the first thing i thought when i saw it was that it's just a big automatic Shiver, and shivers were fast for their size too. Never match wits with a sicilian and never match acceleration with an italian.

I would not consider a Griso, a Mana or pretty much anything Italian a beater. Just owning one is enough of a beating.

I checked out the Mana. Awesomely cool machine to me. But after some reading on a Mana forum all I can say without violating forum rules is Nope Nope Nope.
