She may have high mileage when I decide to sell her, but I assure you that you'd be able to see your reflection in the undersides of the fenders, or, for that matter, use them for ice cream scoops, if that's your desire.

i wonder how that flex seal would work
the guy on TV makes a boat out of it
where i live it is not rust but dust lots and lots of dust

Well, if you believe a guy who sits in a rowboat with a screen door on the bottom...

My Mom watched the commercials and bought a few cans to try to stop a leak in her house. It didn't do the job, but I had fun scraping it off to actually fix the leak. It's basically undercoating. You're in the desert, Rich. If your bike isn't going to be ridden wet very much, like mine, you'd probably be fine just wiping a damp rag under the fender every now and then like I do.

When I'm done going over the pretty parts of the bike with a towel spritzed with detail spray, I then take the towel and wipe under the fender. Takes away the dust no problem.

(+1) Desert riders have other challenges, rust isn't one of them.
