I was just wondering if anybody has measured there sag on the suspension. If so, are you adjusting to 30% front and rear ?. Just trying to get some feedback so I can play around with mine..I weigh 175 and like to ride aggressively especially in the turns, so if you have any suggestions on what to use for my riding style and weight that would be helpful. Found this too..

I have not done so. I took my basic suspension set up from Honda and softened it up full soft, then stiffened it up full hard, then backed it off until it felt good. But I am still changing things. I was on second deepest slot on rear, and then the other day I again popped it into full soft. Also thinking about loosening 1 more ring on front. I care more about the ride compliance than razor sharp handling.
For your info heres a post I did on testing my preload and front suspension travel..see post 14

The challenge is to find the happy medium...I dont want to feel bumps, but I dont want the rear to wash out...

Yea it can't wallow in a sweeper, but I don't want it to break my teeth and hurt my spine going over expansion joints. getting suspension right is very difficult, for manufacturers and owners.
