Another oil question

I don’t see any problems mixing two oils that are EACH compatible by themselves. I’ve done it in various vehicles, including my Lycoming powered airplane.
There also may be little reason to do it, 10-40 would be fine itself. This Spring I plan an oil change, likely Mobil 1 cycle, 10-30w. |
