Enzo i have a healtech obd-h01, it works reliably with my older cb1100 (2010 ) and cb1000r (2020 )
From memory it can read data, erase fault codes but not alter settings in the icu.
The software is free to download and install, you can see the functionality of it without connecting the interface ( which it only is, usb to 4 pin connector for Honda ).
It's been a little while since i have used it but it has the ability to " wake up " the k line and then communicates over it, the k-line protocol is a 0 to 12 volts pull down system supplied by the ecu.
Previous to that i have tried a bluetooth obd 232 dongle with an adapter lead which connected but could not wake up the k-line in either bike via the "torque lite " app. hence the healtech device.
The fault codes can also be erased by using a simple wire and a sequence of operations without the use of a "scanner".
