I just used automotive scratch remover on mine, followed by plastic polish (meguire’s in my case). Then several coatings of ceramic spray polish. Clear and scratch free now.
I did put a screen protector on my other Honda’s flat digital dash. Very scratch-prone, and I was able to get one that is anti-glare. Something to think about if you have trouble seeing your gauges in bright Sun.
