I find that the "Tripmeter A (or B) fuel consumption" display to be very accurate. If the bike says it used 3.7 gallons the gas pump always stops within a few hundredths of 3.7 gallons, with the level just to the bottom of the tube in the gas tank. Doing the math, I know I have nine tenths left.
No I haven't run it dry. yet |
