Simply put, it shouldn't happen. Honda should not allow it to persist.
pdedse, the accident was last October 29th. For Halloween I had the easiest costume: ICU Feeb!
With so many people having the same problem, isn't there a way to prepare a joint letter from "all of US", from a forum group, directed at Honda. May be the forum admin can help since "all of us" do not have a return address for an answer. This would show Honda how serious the problem is, more than any complaint from a single customer ever could. I think given price and expectations raised by the sales department we deserve a "fix".
I do not know how to get admin's attention for such a think, may be sb could help ?
