What countries have HISS on their CB1100?

The Australian 2010-11 CB1100s came with HISS. As Mixagon says, it's an immobilizer. On the Shadow I owned before the CB1100, which also has HISS, I needed a new key. Having got the new blank from Honda it took a while to find someone to cut it and then I had to go to the dealer to get the key programmed to the bike. I seem to recall that there's a finite number of keys that can be programmed before you have to replace some expensive component. I also recall that there are YouTube videos on how to do the programming yourself.

I've not had problems with it with either bike.
