2013 ABS with 20k?

Hey I'm looking at a 2013 ABS with 20k miles on it tomorrow. Has new tires and new fork seals. Anything else I should look out for besides normal wear and tear?

The owner is asking $6500, but I think that's steep given the mileage. I'm in Southern CA, though, so price may be fair.

You might want to ask why the fork seals needed replacement. Look very closely at the fork tubes for pitting, or any damage to the chrome. I'm in S. Ca, my bike is stored indoors, and is almost never ridden in the rain, and one of my fork tubes began pitting. I used this as an excuse to purchase the upgraded forks used on the 2017 model.

Yeah, my fork tubes pitted a wee bit after years of the CB1100 being stored outdoors in the heat 'n' humidity of summer and the hard bowels of arctic winter.

But, solvable in about 10 minutes of effort using "Peek" metal polish.
