Heres the rub as I see it from a forum member's perspective. They have been a contributing member of the forum. Following the rules. One of the rules is you have to be a member for 2 weeks and have 25 posts in order to advertise their bike for sale here. If a member doesnt have 25 posts, and posts a bike for sale, we are obligated as moderators to delete the ad, pm the member and explain the rules. The rule was put in place in the very beginning to deter scammers, keep people from just joining to sell something, and to give the members a sense through the sellers posts of how reputable they are. All good things in my view.
Posting someone elses ad, with no posts, and no forum involvement, in a manner of speaking, violates the rules. Not in the strictest sense, but I can see where a forum member might see it as such.
At any rate I am conferring with the powers that be and we will make a decision one way or another.
