Honda CB1100 - the bike for the guy who doesn't Over Analyse things, and just loves to ride a great bike.

If people don't want to join our club, it makes me enjoy my bike even more.
Rely too much on the opinions of others to form your own you do. Honda should pay you for those slogans. (To never speak them I mean. That is better than the best argument I could come up with for not buying the CB1100.)

I don't have any problems with someone choosing a Triumph or a Kawasaki (or any other brand for that matter) over a Honda. If someone would rather have a Bonneville or a W800, then more power to them. But honestly, just go buy the damn thing, ride it and be happy.

We try to play nice here, and I'm probably not setting a great example in this thread. Chris is obviously a sharp guy. But I do think that he likes to push buttons, and not just the kind that are found on the controls of a motorcycle.

Do we really need to call one another nut sacks because we don't like some of their practices? One of the things I like about this forum is that people generally generally don't see the need to resort to insult while indulging in robust debate.

Chris is undeniably a stirrer, but he's also interesting and adds a bit of value about the joint. He's also shown himself willing to take it. Let's help him with his ruminations not crap on him because he hasn't decided to take the pledge and buy a CB1100. If he makes a different decision and is happy with it, more strength to him.

Sorry for venting. I've been on another forum this morning where the behaviour is awful and people are proud of it.

Comical is the behavior of zealots when in their temple an agnostic is. Stronger their faith would be one would think. (But expose their anxiety was not an aim of mine. Only the truth I sought.)
