The group that cooked up Ducatidiag came up with GuzziDiag (and along with a reader, writer and TunerPro; you can read and save off your current map, burn a new one and edit your map to tweak it yourself) for Moto Guzzi engines.
I've just started playing with it; with the goal of increasing torque and low end power while gaining mileage. All you need is a couple cables, the software and a computer (I use a laptop, OS' supported are Windows, MacOS and Linux so you are covered - except TunerPro which is Windows only).

Makes me wonder if a CB1100 version (or generic Honda version) could be cooked up.
