ejection system require manual intervention where you don't have time to push the button. ejection seat like fighter airplane that pops you up 100ft in the air then use parachute to land softly hopefully not on highway, makes more sense. the problem is under the seat need 10 lbs TNT and it might explode unvolunteeringly sending rider up in the clear sky.
