Alarm System
#1
someone stole my accessories on my bike few nights ago, helmet, gas tank bag ... I just hang my helmet, stuffs on the bike while I am away for sometime because I don't want to carry with me to the stores. I now lock them up but I have to leave the bike under car porch at night.

Is there a good alarm system that I can install in my bike to deter thief?

First, that sucks. Sorry that happened. I'm paranoid (I guess with good reason), so I never leave my stuff on my bike.

I installed the Scorpio SR-i900R on my CBR (my CB is alarm-less because I figured it's a lot less likely to be stolen than the CBR). If you're not too far away, it can alert you that someone is messing with your bike WHILE it's happening. It contains a perimeter sensor (it's adjustable) so it can warn people away if they get too close, and if they stay too close, the alarm will go off. It's really loud. If the alarm is triggered, there is an integrated fuel cut-off that makes hot-wiring it impossible. Do keep in mind that it's only a motorcycle though, and there are limited areas where you can hide the alarm system wiring and a decent thief will still be able to defeat your alarm.

If you're leaving your bike outside overnight, you probably also want to look into a disc lock (a lock that locks up one of your front brake rotors and makes it impossible to ride the bike) and possibly look into chaining the bike to something immovable. Unfortunately, no matter what you do, if a thief wants the bike, they will get it, and that's what good insurance is for.

I have heard out in sturgis that thieves were just picking the bikes up putting them in a truck alarm going off and all.

Chaining it up in my opinion is the best way unfortunately. But if they want it they will get it. Deterrent being the key.
