I think most, if not all, dealerships will quote a price that is exclusive of the other fees, taxes, mark-ups, etc. I don't like it one bit, but as long as I know my OTD price before I am about to sign, I figure that's part of the game. I don't think it makes the dealer bad because of this...just typical. I wouldn't pass up a really good deal if, ultimately, the OTD price was in fact still a very good deal.
