Bear.....You can't go wrong with the Bonnie either as it's a great bike as well. I prefer the styling of the T100 better than the SE however; the tank looks too fat with the 17" front in my opinion. The pre-FI Bonnies nailed the classic Brit bike look to me (I've owned three variants).
I love my 2001 Bonnie but don't know that I would buy a new one today. The CB gives you a lot more for the money and provides the retro-standard styling that attracts so many to both. The Scrambler is still my favorite Bonneville variant and I wish I would have kept my 07.
I recently purchased a 2014 CB (Standard) and couldn't be happier. I went with the 14' STD as that is what a dealer close to me had and at a great price as well. The Bonnie and CB offer similar riding positions and handling characteristics with the obvious differences in the powerplant.
