It wasn't too hard. I just bunched up the excess in a Y shape from the mirrors to the rear of the bike, pinned it and sewed t. Then cut off the excess. I couldn't seem (no pun intended) to do it inside out, like clothes, but it worked pretty good.
Maybe I'll post you a pic later, but I will have to take some abuse from Cormanus...
