I've been in Highland Park for the last several years. Before that, in the K-Town- Hancock Park area.

Even though it's going through a revitalization, Highland Park seems to have a higher than average percentage of morons.....of the knuckle dragging variety. I've met golden retrievers with more discipline than some of the idiot drivers in LA.
