Our CB Lives... I'm certain!
#10
Must have been exciting to talk with company ex.'s that where interested in listening. Price point is a big factor in the next generation CB. I remember buying mine and thinking 10K was high for the amount of Tech in the bike as did the owner where i purchased the bike. 13K is way to high considering the other option out there and would leave a big leftover inventory for the dealers. The would need to make serious upgrades to the suspension and motor to bring it into those ###'s.

What would make the bike more attractive to the consumer is color combo's more toward the aftermarket tanks (retro) and larger.

Most next generation models almost always have tweaks in the ECU and cams to generate more HP which would make some current owners interested in upgrading to a newer model.

If I where talking to the brass I would recommend keeping the price point where it is unless they there plans are for some serious upgrades to the new model.

Wish List:
17" Larger rims
more HP
Tank & side Covers more Retro
