Gloves, boots, some kind of jacket, full face helmet: 100% of the time.
A full face helmet saved my life 10 years ago when a van going the opposite direction decided to pull a left in front of me.... classic T-bone wreck.
I still have the helmet with the van paint smashed across the front of it.
I spent almost 6 months in rehabilitation and a lawsuit that I eventually won.
I also saw what a no glove dump slide can do to one's hands. Along the helmet and boots, I never, ever ride without gloves.
