thank I think I'm gonna have to look into that thread, just to be sure I did it right.
Best thing is using your full body weight, by simply standing on the CS, and engage it by a little pull on the rear rack (if installed).
Thats the theory, but I think I might have done it not in the ideal way to save my back.
And Sunday was the worst way I could have done it, if I remmeber correctly, I was in a hurry and happy to be home (after the long wedding day from the day prior), so I yanked on my rear rack to force it on the CS, instead of using the full body weight/standing on the CS manner.
However, because of the wood piece on the floor, the theory is more difficult to bring into practice...that is why I don't always do it the right way.
Somehow when I'm on the road and use the centerstand, I think I use the right way, but at home the wrong way.
