I owned two V7 Classics. Two of my all-time favorite bikes, only sullied by a sketchy dealership experience. I've not ridden a Griso but a good friend had a 1200 Sport. Incredible motorcycle.
Anyway, you'll enjoy your new CB. It doesn't have the character of a Guzzi but it does have a certain jewel-like quality and precision that eludes the Italian marque.
