Once you have cleared 1-2 clutch-less up shifts are fine and I find smoother than using a clutch. Downshifts I feel put to much pressure on the gearbox and clutch should be used. Just my opinion Smile

I often went 1st to 3rd to 5th while using the clutch on the CB as well as my N1K.
