Ive found a lot of Eurobikes don't like to run below 4000 rpms. THe Honda will run all day in any gear at 2500 rpms, or less. AS observed 4000 rpms on this bike will have you rocketing along in the lower gears and speeding in Utah in 6 th.

My normal shift point to the next higher gear is 3200 rpms

Yep the CB pulls like a tractor. Probably one of the biggest reasons I love it. Beer
