I used Haul Bikes just recently. I thought $600 for 1300 miles was fair. Lady on the phone could have been friendlier but the driver was helpful and phoned me the day before and thirty minutes before delivery.
They will warn you repeatedly about the size of their trucks and the kinds of neighborhoods they can't go into.
I'd use them again if I ever need to.
