For those of you who use custom-molded silicon earplugs, try a few drops of Oto-Ease on them before insertion. I was just introduced to this stuff on the F800GT forum and it really helps improve the sealing of the earplug, making for a noticeably quieter ride. Wish I knew about this 20 years ago.
