Klamathonian's experience is the reason I bought the tools and learned to mount and balance my own tires. The independent shop near me that I always used struggled through the pandemic, but went out of business afterwards because he couldn't find help. Other shops either broke promises or wanted exhorbitant amounts of money to mount and balance loose, off-the-bike tires.
