Seeing how this bike is brand new for you, maybe you can get with another forum member and either you try his bike or he try your bike to see if there is really an issue.

As far as the problem goes I don't think it has been enough of an issue for anyone to seek a warranty solution to the problem, and those who have changed to the 02 eliminator from threads I have read, seem to say " I think it feels better" more than " WOW it feels total different and so much better" so I think the change is subtle, rather than eye opening.

At any rate, for you, I would check with the dealership and see if the bike set in the showroom for 3 years with gas in it. If it has I would drain the gas, replace with fresh and add 4 or 5 ounces of Seafoam and run several tanks like that thru it. You might have gummed up injectors. ( just a guess)
At any rate I understand the 02 eliminator is not expensive, but personally I would check other avenues first.

It's no secret that my vote is for: "WOW it feels totally different and so much better" with the 02 Sensor Eliminator Plug.
I didn't think that I had any real issues before installation, but afterwards was like night and day.
I will, however, add this disclaimer: "results may vary from bike to bike".

For only $20, I've spent much more for accessories that didn't provide results ranging from at least "subtle" to "spectacular".

Yea I probably should have said some have reported better results than others. Heck for $20 its certainly worth a try if you are having stumbling issues.
