Honda doesn't make one because their solution is the backrest is integrated into the top box. UNFORTUNATELY they don't sell the top box in the US, but you can still buy the carrier. Makes sense to me.
I bought mine from Takashi as Samurider in Japan. It's a nice setup, all be it a tad pricey, but I thought it was worth it. It also came with the honda "one key system" that allows you to key the top box to your bike so a separate key isn't needed for it.
