For those of you wanting to defeat the speed limiter...

It's a very mild limiter (unlike the Rev limiter, which is rather abrupt). It feels like it's turning off one of the injectors. You hit 112 and the engine mildly loses a bit of power. It kicks back in below 110. If you hold it there the speed will just oscillate between 110 and 115.
