Then call Don Guhl. You will send him your ECU and he will reflash it. He can move the rev limits and/or remove the speed limiter. And do fuel remapping.

It cost $350 or $375. I haven't done it yet, many have.

Search the site for Don Guhl and many threads about it come up.
