It is a tough one for forum members to answer reliably as new values varied so much with local country taxes etc. I would look and see what they are going for on the online ads in other areas of Europe and apply the "Iceland" factor. I.e. what affect did the original taxes have on the purchase price when new which would reflect on a subsequent a resale price.
