Ok, thanks for reply. Manufacturers always get new set of “rules” from governments, to reduce emissions. So I was wondering if there were made any changes regarding air flow/filter, carburatiin etc. which in our opinion have a negative effect, thus pointing to keep the 2016 model.
Minor changes you won't notice- the airbox intake boot was redesigned for less noise, the exhaust is different. The steering head angle is different.
You will notice the improved suspension. They also added a slipper clutch- so if you downshift aggressively, that's a good thing to have. The headlight is different....and *expensive* if it fails.
