My wheels have had the Outex tubeless conversion done a couple of years ago. The Metzelers are a brilliant tyre in terms of grip for what they are - sport touring. Also they 'feel' quite neutral in corners being a round profile but I can't comment on durability as they've only done about 2,000km and showing no signs of wear yet.
Any thoughts regarding the tyres remaining seated on the rims at high speeds (> 75 mph / 120 kph) or under heavy cornering / braking loads?

Yes mate my thoughts are that the damn things better stay put and not let me down! I haven't ever given the tyres a second thought when engaging in spirited riding, just trust they will remain on the rims as intended ... haven't had, nor do I expect, any issues. The bike is never pushed to the cornering or braking limits on the street and it won't be going on a track. If it did get on a track I'm confident that the Z8 Interacts are secure on the rims and have enough grip to put a smile on my dial
