Not really any options available in tube type tires other than the OEM Dunlops.
I know that these are "tubless" tires, but they are available in the size of the stock Dunlops.

I have not used these tires yet, but plan to install a set with tubes when my stock Dunlops are worn out.
Some guys say never to use tubeless tires with tubes in them, but a lot of guys do just that. Moto Guzzi even puts tubes in tubeless tires on the spoke rims for V7 Specials from the factory.
There is a thread on the forum here of a member who has ridden his CB1100 EX over 100,000 miles. He has a link in that thread to his maintenance records and I think he runs Metslers.

This is from the RevZilla tire FAQ page concerning tubes in tubeless rims...

" What if I use a tubeless tire with a tube in it?
This is generally fine to do. Note that the addition of a tube adds friction — and thus heat — into a tire. Most sources agree that if adding a tube, it's prudent to assume the tire has "stepped" down one load and speed step."
