Here we use a different scale for octane index, so regular is 95 octane, and premium is 98.
I think the scale here is "RON"
In any case: ethanol content should be between 0% and 10%, and for me the lower the better. Ethanol is corrosive for most rubbers, paint, and I don't think it will do any good in the long term.
