While I'm not bothered by any vibration in the grips I did upgrade my grips to these Biltwell grips. Notice the profile, they have several versions with this profile. They also sell a 7/8" and a one inch version. Becareful when you order.

A buddy had them on his motorcycle and I thought they were the bomb. Look great but they also fit my hand great. A bit on the soft side (so they DO help with vibes on my XR650L). I tend to buy gloves in the XL or XXL even though I consider myself of average hand size (just long in the fingers) so keep that in mind when I speak of grip fit.
There are also gloves with gel insert to consider; depending upon what works for you, several things may have to be addressed to fix it for you. I"d try heavier bar end weights myself. Easiest what to lower a frequency is to increase the mass at the tip of the tuning fork.
