Suzuki SV650 rear rims are that size, and they run a 160/60-17. A 160/70-17 should be fine on a 4.50 rim.
I'm curious about your 19" front rim. A 1.85 rim is very narrow - should only take a 90/90 - maybe a 100/90 width, but even then it would pinch it together and make the tire taller and less stable.
Back in the '70s, that was as wide as they had, so people put a 3.50 (about a 110/100 size) on their CB750s and CB500s, which made them handle much heavier.
Newer bikes run a lot wider rims. A Honda Rebel 250 runs a 1.85 rim with a 3.00 tire. A 335-pound Suzuki Savage 650 runs a 100/90 tire on a 2.15 rim. Triumph Bonnevilles run a 100/90 tire on a 2.50 rim. I would highly recommend a 2.50 rim so the tire contour is closer to the rear's.
