The parts are still laughably cheap. Add in the recent import tariffs from India and they're still on the cheap side, just less laughable. Maybe a smirk.
Maybe don't shoot steam in the engine and bearings in the first place. 

As far as parts, my new bounty is FB Marketplace, where people who modded their 650 Twins or sold them off are selling their spare parts. Picking up a valve cover gasket tomorrow on the way to Mom's.
