The Progressive show will be in Chicago in about 2 weeks. Last year, one of the vendors had a variety of helmets, including Bell, available for test fitting. The helmet I really was interested in was the Biltwell Gringo https://www.biltwellinc.com/p357/buy/hel...white-red/ , but it doesn't have Snell or ECE ratings and I'm just not going to be comfortable with just the DOT rating.
The GT Air is the other helmet I like. I've tried it on, too, and it fits great. No Snell rating due to the internal sunscreen, but it has ECE.
I have 6 helmets, too. However, 2 of them are obsolete and 3 of them belong to either my wife or my son....so....lucky you.
