I have the Firstgear Carbon gloves, only heated gear I have ever had. I've ridden with them in the low 30s (F) a few times and with the dial at about 75%, my hands were toasty. When it's 40F or lower, my thumbs get cold on the freeway at 70 mph, but I tuck my thumbs in behind the grip out of the direct wind and it's fine. Nice comfortable feel, nice soft leather, not bulky at all, gauntlet, good protection. Reasonably water resistant - good for an hour in the wet stuff at least. Held up well for 3 years now.
